This office has the potential to enhance their ratings if they make a few positive changes. They need to focus on organization and communication between the front desk and the doctor, they are never on the same page when it comes to patient care. I was told I needed an annual exam when they didn't even take the time to review my patient profile to know that my annual exam was done 6 months prior. This place is the worst now, it was nice when the Dr. Condoleon, this other Dr has no idea what he is doing, he is disorganized and forgets when people come in, or when they are scheduled, doesn't know the last time you got blood work. They have no idea when is the last time you came in, and because of that they threatened they yell at you saying you have not been there in so long when you were there the prior week. That is not even the worst thing, it gets so much worse. This place really went downhill.
