Been coming here for over 10 years started at the orchard location, today I came inside to make an appt due to not receiving a response via MyChart and doing so over the phone wasn’t working, the new lady at front desk was extremely rude, she says you could of made this appt on my chart okay but I’m here obviously I tried all options before coming in, told me I couldn’t speak with a nurse made an appt I didn’t confirm yet and kept ignoring my concerns I wanted the nurse to be aware of. This office is the worst threatened my wife with dcf and she having a healthy baby all because she said she doesn’t feel comfortable with taking the baby asprin and she just got out of a bus accident two saturdays ago people need to have more respect be more sensitive towards people. Jill Cassells is the best! She listens, she is warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. The staff is welcoming and Roz does a great job with the plants!
I had both of my babies under the Center for Women's Health and Midwifery care team. I really appreciate the front desk staff, the midwives are all great, I made it a point to meet almost everyone during my regular ob/prenatal visits. You will surely find your match if you prefer to see one person only, they are all great and have unquie skills, great personality traits, and experience which makes the experience very comforting. The midwives work as a true team in the office and in the labor and delivery room!
