(Just gonna preface this with the fact that she is NOT plus sized friendly at all and I had to learn that the hard way by her basically fat shaming me the entire visit. Worst experience. I do not recommend her as an obyn, quite honestly I don't recommend Mercy hospital period. I was in labour two whole days before they decided to give me an emergency c section. A week goes by and I'm sent home, having so much pain so I went back to the hospital a week later. I found out I was septic, stool had leaked inside of me, they cut my lower intestines when they did my c section. One of the sweetest most caring obgyn's. I've been seen her for almost 8 years. Definitely would recommend her to anyone. She takes her time and listen. And doesn't rush to get to her next patient. She’s really sweet and caring. Updating my review 2 years later. I’ve been seeing her since 2013. I love her whole office staff and Dr.Cunningham. She takes her time, And gets down to the bottom of a problem. I have no issues making appointments or getting messages to her through staff. If I have a question.
I want to start by saying this review is going to be long and detailed. This was my first pregnancy and Dr. Cunningham FAILED me. During my initial prenatal appointment I thought Dr. Cunningham seemed very sweet and understanding. This physician went on at least 5 vacations while i was pregnant during my 9 months. My birth plan was completely ignored. Dr. Cunningham had knowledge that I was taking terazol (know to cause birth defects) during my pregnancy and did not advise me of how this could affect my baby during the first... read more
