Every member of the care team for my colonoscopy (from the receptionist at the check-in desk, to all the nurses and Dr. Lisa Panzini who performed the procedure) was friendly, caring, kind, good-humored and highly skilled. I’m sure it will depend on the Dr. you were scheduled with, but my experience was a horror! Imagine 1st colonoscopy, feeling odd after and ill next day. Calling center emergency line approx. 24 hrs later and having on-call Dr. tell you to be rushed to hospital. In less that 2 hrs of arriving in ER and examined by like 5 Dr’s being rushed to surgery. Being gutted like a fish, told you lost 1/3 of your colon. Being in hospital 10 days with little to no food because of having complications of getting remaining colon to work. Be... read more
I have never felt more comfortable about getting a procedure done . The nurses are all phenomenal. They made me so comfortable each and everyone of them that I came in contact with in the doctor was phenomenal herself. I was nervous about my procedure, but they made me so comfortable and talk to me. They were just awesome you guys do a great job you really care about your patients.
