Dr. Kaplan and Dr Jen have been supportive of me for over 10 years. Women's care is often overlooked and undervalued however these doctors and staff make sure that your issues are not only heard but handled.

Unfortunately, after years of coming here because my mom came here, I'm going to be finding a new doctor. I had an issue that was pressing, and they had scheduled an appointment with me and told me to call Monday if anything changed. Apparently, they meant call Monday to actually schedule the appointment. It's difficult for me to understand the reasoning behind calling to confirm a scheduled appointment? Their billing department is a nightmare to deal with. I have been trying to get a billing issue resolved for 3 years and they seem incapable of doing that. The billing person is never available, and you just keep receiving bills in the mail of charges which you actually don't owe. When you call them for resolution no one is available and no one ever calls you back.
