This is a wonderful Fertility clinic that accepts most insurance. Friendly and professional reception staff and excellent doctors and nurses. Highly recommend!

IVF is a very stressful process, especially when we are using extensive hormones, which could easily make our feeling and emotions swing and tiny little bit of discomfort occurred to us could trigger a big drama. I called to schedule a new patient appointment and inquired about their NYS fertility grants and was told that my insurance didn't qualify. When I asked addtional questions Sophia became defensive and directed me to the NYS website if I wanted to check for myself. I went on to ask about other options and she referred me to the clinic itself. Just one phone call and I was completely put off by this office and will definitely not be using their services! Dr. Briana Rudick is simply amazing. She and the staff at CWRC were always professional, courteous and helpful to me and wife throughout multiple IUI and IVF procedures. We came to CWRC after a miserable experience elsewhere and have learned what truly compassionate and personal reproductive care should look like. We cannot thank CWRC enough for all they have done for us for over 3 years and highly recommend them to others looking for solutions to their infertility issues.
