They don’t answer the phone and the receptionist is so rude. I’m never going back. It’s a shame. The nurse practitioner is so nice.
I posted awhile back how quick and easy it was to go through a routine appointment here. However, now that I have something wrong with me and need help my calls aren’t being returned (even when my test results came in) and I feel like the people that answer the phones could care less.

I scheduled an appointment with this doctor. They did not tell me I could not bring my child with me. I am a single mom with a 4 year old at home. I have no family and no one near me. I work full time from home. I got there and they refused me service. What do new mothers do with newborns? I was seeing them for a serious issue and they turned me away. I am highly disgusted with the level of service I received. I will not be returning even if I do make arrangements.
