Not sure why this place has several names with the other being Athena with rave reviews. Im posting this to both locations on Google Maps so that people know it’s the same place. I waited half hour past my appointment time to be taken back. The nurse seemed uninterested and stressed as well as hurried and the PA came in friendly, but didn’t listen to anything I said and I repeated myself several times. They don’t answer the phone and the receptionist is so rude. I’m never going back. It’s a shame. The nurse practitioner is so nice.
I posted awhile back how quick and easy it was to go through a routine appointment here. However, now that I have something wrong with me and need help my calls aren’t being returned (even when my test results came in) and I feel like the people that answer the phones could care less.
