Wonderful staff and amazing experience. They are wonderful to talk to and very knowledgeable.
Please if you are considering this office read my review and then decide. I’m so relieved to be done with this OB-GYN practice because my experience consistently showed poor communication, inaccurate charting, and a lack of attention to important details. I had a great experience at the Center for Women’s Health. I was able to make a same-day appointment and was in and out quickly. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and the NP, Ms. Patel, made my exam both comfortable and thorough. She explained everything clearly and gave me a treatment plan to follow. Excellent bedside manner. I would definitely come back to see them.
The front desk staff was very unprofessional and had a poor attitude. We were left waiting for over an hour with no updates. When we followed up, they didn’t even seem to know where the doctor was. Eventually, Dr. Lu showed up and was quite disrespectful no apology for being late or acknowledgment of the delay. The whole experience felt extremely unprofessional, and the prices are also very high. I highly recommend checking reviews before wasting your time here.
