We had a great experience giving birth in this hospital. Staff are very polite, helpful, caring and knowledgeable. A lot of empathy shown from a team that cares. Nice staff also amazing. Totally recommend.
Thank you so much for your hard work during the delivery, for my granddaughter, Juliette Rose Ruiz. Especially to Dr. Ishoof and her team in C-section operating room, Jacqueline in the prep room, and receiving nurses, Sandy, Dr. Paco, Jacqueline, and Mia. Plus, the NICU unit nurses, Eric and Maria. Likewise, the nurses in care of my daughter, Francis Ruiz with her post partum care. I very much appreciate their efforts and work. God bless you all!
Do not recommend this hospital at all. Spent 2 days in a maternity waiting room and no one came in to clean the floors not once. As a matter a fact if you looked under the seats it looked like they hadn’t cleaned in months. Yet they are worried if there’s 4 or 5 people in room. They should really focus on updating and most importantly cleaning the whole hospital. Staff not the friendliest. I would definitely recommend to take a little bit more of a drive and cross to Broward. Much better care and cleanliness.
Woman who complained about staff must have a real personality issue. Staff bends over backwards to assist anyone who is nice and not demanding nasty.
