I gave CVR 4 stars because when I made the appointment I did tell their office my insurance wouldn't pay because they consider it cosmetic but the appointment person said we take all insurance so I came their believing my procedures would be cover. But my procedures would not be covered. I was told if my veins got worse my insurance might pay then, but my veins aren't killing me immediately so I could not have the scherotherapy done, if I do I have to pay for it myself.
