Very unprofessional PA’s & nurses. As well as unorganized. I took my mom for an appointment today(1/22/24) the staff had her down for staple removal when she in fact never had them, this wasn’t the first time they messed up since last week. So of course I’m going to advocate for my mother and the offices lack of knowledge. The PA Bridget Smith, and her incompetent nurse that was subbing in took it upon themselves as we walked out to TALK ABOUT ME! I never cut her off or over talked her ONCE.
