I want to thank Dr. Fazili and his staff in the Batavia Office for their excellent care and professionalism on behalf of my Grandfather, FMS.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and was given directions to my exam room where I waited for 75 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging I was there. I left and asked for a refund and was not prompted in any way on what went wrong or if there was anything they could do to rectify the situation. The only good experience was that they refunded my co pay without hassle. Top tier choice
All the staff were super nice. Dr. Fazili spent plenty of time with me, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't make me feel rushed at all even though he was a bit behind. He made sure I understood the plan and felt good about next steps. Highly recommend.
Everyone has been great helping to care for my husband and his many urological problems. He says Tara is the best catheter nurse!! Thank you all.
