This is the most unprofessional doctor office i ever been, the receptionist can't do their job correctly, playing with people life, simple things like scheduling appointments, saying they did and when you go, their no order for your appointments, they say they send your info for the appointment to your email and they dont, you call to see why,they get mad for calling out their mistakes, they hag up on you, they can't even inform patients correctly, they need to be reported to the health department and I will.STAY AWAY FROM T... read more

Never was able to be a patient ... tried calling several times and they have a lunch 'hour' from 11:45-1:15 every day (which is not an hour). They have no VM. Seems very odd to be running a practice without affording the patients a way to contact them.

KUDOS to Ms. Claribel Cabasquini, the New Patient Coordinator Manager. My mother-in-law had a previously scheduled appointment that was set months prior - for whatever reasons, the office changed the appointment time (unbeknownst to us). When we arrived at the originally set time - we were scolded for missing the earlier time set and told we needed to reschedule. The earliest date was 2 months out ...
