From the minute I walked into the office I was completely turned off. While the staff were wonderful, the office itself smelled and was incredibly run down and dirty. The walls were dirty. The seats were soiled and completely worn. The examination rooms were dated and smelled rancid. I have been a patient of Dr. Gopal for over two years. When I first visited him, I had no idea I was dealing with a prolapsed bladder—he discovered it during my initial examination. At that time, I was truly unwell. Dr. Gopal prescribed medication that effectively resolved my issues with urgency. He took the time to explain everything in detail and mentioned that my bladder might eventually drop further—and in time, it did. When that happened, Dr. Gopal performed prolapse surgery. Filthy office. Doctor pushes out of pocket procedures instead of addressing real concerns. He’s more like a used car salesman. Stay away!!
Dr. Gopal is an excellent doctor. I went to see him for a problem I was having. He sat and explained everything to me & took his time doing it. I was nervous about and embarrassed about my issue but he made me feel at ease. I opted for surgery and the procedure went smooth. He gave me my life back. If you want a doctor that's going to sugarcoat things, Dr. Gopal is not the doc for you. He does not sugarcoat anything. He will tell you everything straight up and I appreciate that in a doctor. Thank you Dr. Gopal !!
I had a great experience with Dr. Gopal—he was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic!
