Bad service for me I was recommended by my friend he told me he went to mount sanai I tried to make an appointment I was on a phone call I never received a call back or an email for phalloplasty surgery
It’s been over a month and I’m still waiting to receive my surgery date. I’ve called plenty of times and left messages and no response. I’m starting to think it’s because of my race. I will be filing a complaint soon.
