My experience was interesting. My therapist was Michelle. She did listen to me but it seems that she did not have much to say as I was explaining my struggles. She did not offer any suggestions on how to cope considering how expensive the session was I didn’t even get any exercises or any suggestions on how to deal with my trauma. Dr. Sam was an integral part of helping our relationship grow and flourish. It was my first time seeking couples counseling and therapy. Heather listened to me, was very compassionate and made me feel very comfortable during our sessions. She gave me great insight on certain aspects of situations and definitely made me reevaluate how I responded to my way of thinking.
