loved my sessions with Stephanie (only reason for any stars)- however, the billing department messed up everything from the beginning. They input my insurance wrong, and I tried telling them something was wrong in month 1 when 0 claims were showing up on my insurance portal. They insisted everything was fine and that it was just due to delays. 3-4 months into sessions, they called to tell me they had entered the wrong information and had me fill out the wrong forms when I first started and they needed to correct everything. ... read more
Went for neurofeedback, didn't work. I reverted back to where I was when I stopped...waste of time and money for me personally. They even had the receptionist doing one of my sessions because the girl who usually did it wasn't available. A scam in my opinion.
