Have called the office in Concord for 6 days. They either tell me "they can't find an order" and to call back again or they say "we'll call you back to schedule an appointment" which they never do. Today I called twice, and was cut off/hung up on both times. Do not recommend.

Emerson Health Clough Family Center was recommended to me for therapy for a family member because they could provide OT, PT and ST at one location. I called Monday, 3/9/26, early in the afternoon and again 2 hours later . I had to leave information and was told the scheduler would call me back, though it may take a day to get a call back . It is now 3/11/26 and I am still waiting for a return call. Needless to say, I am not going to use this company. After undergoing knee replacement surgery at the end of August 2025 I had the pleasure of seeing Shane Wunderli as my PT. I made tremendous strides under his care and would highly recommend him. He was wonderful to work with, courteous, kind and very professional. Whatever questions I had he was able to answer. The fact that he listened and advised as to what we were doing and how my knee was responding really help me recover quite quickly. We just didn't do the same old exercises. Nice pool but hard to get appointments when medical treatment necessary told to go to another place. That is ridiculous. Seems odd they would delay medical treatment but they do.

My wife suffered a massive stroke last February. Thanks to the hard work, expertise, kindness and caring attitude of therapists Nicole K, Cierra R and Jocelyn M she has regained much more functionality than I thought possible.
