I saw a hand therapist there after surgery. Should have gone to the hand therapist at the surgeon's office, but my insurance was incompatible. After about 6 visits at the Clough Ctr, the therapist stretched my wrist so far back it was sprained; it swelled up and was extremely painful. I called and called and called to tell them this and left numerous messages over the next week. Jess is amazing! So sweet, compassionate, caring, smart, good at her job! I would give 1 star to the rest of the staff . I have been trying to get a new evaluation to go back to see Jess but its been 3 weeks and no one returns my calls and no one answers the phone in scheduling dept. I have left 4 messages for the supervisors and no one has called me back. Very frustrating being in so much pain and theres no one to help me schedule an eval.

I started seeing Bre Meagher in January for pelvic floor PT, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Bre. She's thorough, passionate and kind, and she always made me feel so comfortable in every session. She helped me see how connected different parts of our body are, and taught me so many things that will continue to improve the rest of my life.
