This place is horrible when it comes to filling up proper insurance paperwork. They use a address that wasn’t listed with my insurance which caused a denial despite of this place being in-network. I went through multiple appeals with this company and my insurance. Save yourself a headache and go to a better established Orthopedic place.
I'm currently a patient. I have been treated by Dr. Klamath and Dr. Lott. Both Dr's are great and trying their best to keep my pain down. I had a nerve block done today and will have another one in two weeks. Angela was my nurse and she was wonderful. She explained everything that was gonna go on perfectly. Thank you so much.
