Dr. Anselm is great to work with. After 6 sessions of soft wave, I am back on my feet snowboarding post knee bursa surgery and doing my own strengthening at the gym. I feel like it saved so much time and energy in a short amount of time! Thanks Dr. A :)
Have been in chronic back pain for 6 months and switched over to Spine Care + Mobility for PT with Andrew and am already noticing improvement in just a few weeks. Very grateful for their massage therapists as well!
I've gone to Center Spine Care + Mobility for softwave therapy to help with a bout of plantar fasciitis and it has worked wonders! From the first session I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. The treatment itself is mildly uncomfortable but Dr. Anselmi was good about checking in and backing off if it was too intense.
I have had at least 10 softwave Therapy sessions with Dr. A over the last few months. Not only is he extraordinarily patient, kind and professional, he has shown genuine care and investment in my healing. Speaking of which, having been dealing with a trapped nerve, I have definitely seen change in the difficult sensations I’ve been experiencing for ages. CSC+M is great. Waits are minimal and the team is friendly and fun. Tried the new SoftWave therapy for 5 sessions and wow. I wish this were covered by insurance and not out of pocket. Actual improvement with my lower back and knee. Saving up for another 5pack session.
