Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this center. Mrs. Vanessa Zunigam called me the first time in December and was very rude and not at all polite in giving me information. Two weeks after her call, she sent me an email telling me what she needed for my son. On January 4, I sent her what she asked for, and yesterday, February 17, she told me that she was just sending it for processing. So I do not recommend the center since Vanessa Zuniga has no tact or customer service skills.
