Firstly, I want to say how nice the office staff are. They are nice, personable, and very fun to talk to. Dr. Patel is wonderful to work with and made me feel so comfortable during the whole liposuction process. The whole team lifted me up and made me feel so confident in myself even when I had insecurities. I'd definitely come back here again for any of my plastic surgery/lipo needs.
Dr. Patel and her entire staff are incredibly kind. I was extremely overwhelmed and nervous going in, but they were all so warm and welcoming which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Patel was honest and realistic throughout my whole experience. She even encouraged me to take more time to think before going through with the services I had originally booked, which I truly appreciated. It made me feel like she genuinely cared about what was best for me rather than just moving forward with a procedure. Thank you!!
If it weren’t for Stacie, I probably wouldn’t stay on top of my Botox or even know about the latest specials. She’s incredibly active in the local mom groups on Facebook and is always quick to recommend the office when people are looking for guidance. She has such passion for her job and you can tell. Dr. Patel is an excellent injector—very knowledgeable and never pushes anything you don’t truly need. My first experience with Dr. Shapiro and his staff was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough about the entire Dr. Shapiro team—starting with Erica over the phone, to Dr. Shapiro’s main nurse, Stacie, and of course Dr. Shapiro himself.
