I recently had a sleep study done here. The people are nice, and if you only need a CPAP, it’s the place to go. But if you’re like me and have severe insomnia, they are useless. After years of sleeping only 2–3 hours a night, I came to them with intense hope that they might be able to help me. Horrible service. Pick up the phone and do your job people
My doctor sent a referral back in May and I have yet been able to schedule an appointment despite calling several times and leaving several voicemails (yes I’m leaving my name, DOB, and call back number). They have reduced hours “due to COVID”. Save yourself the time and effort and request your doctor to give you a referral to a different location. The staff at this doctor's office is great, but getting an appointment or a return call is incredibly difficult. Leaving voicemails doesn't seem to work, and it's frustrating when staff members never call back.
