All about getting you in for the studies, but once you get diagnosed and get your machine they are like a ghost. The absolute worst experience I've ever gone through with a medical facility. If you call them with questions or problems after they've finished their testing, they are very unhelpful...if you can even get a hold of anyone.

Dr. McGauvran is very helpful, as are the sleep techs. It's a process requiring some patience and, in my case, several mask trials and fittings, but now I can't sleep without my CPAP machine--and sleep so much better with it.
