Dr. Berlie was Great! (as usual) The assistant Alejandra was very hard to understand. He needs to practice enunciating better.
Very professional organization that has a very effective system and highly qualified people who run it. The Center is a peak performing team. Based on the currently accepted standard method of measure, 5 stars does not fully recognize the true competence level of this team. Based on my experience leading high performance teams, the Centers’ rating would receive 7 stars.
Everyone I dealt with was very nice, professional and caring. On the days of surgery, I was seen promptly. I am happy with the results. The entire operation is very efficient,
Had cataract and eyelid lift surgery on both eyes a year apart by Dr. Berlie and his team. They were amazing. So very pleased with the results. My vision is much clearer. Thank you.
