Overall I wouldn’t recommend- while doctor Lanney and her techs were very sweet I waited well over two hours for a routine exam, nothing was explained thoroughly to me, I was asked all my health history despite the tech having my paperwork in her hands she could refer to and last the optical woman who helped me was just rude and had a bad attitude- she acted like it was inconvenient for me to be asking what my insurance covers/cost of frames. I was very impressed with Dr.Franklin and his entire staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. The women in the optician shop were patient and helpful in my search for new frames. Overall, I had a great appointment!
