I rarely ever leave a bad review but its only because its warranted. My primary care facility had me come here for a Spider Bite. No one at this facility could confirm it was a spider bite. However, after further investigation by my daughter who clearly saw the scab from the bite did indeed confirm it was. I told the doctor and his assistant or nurse in the room that I was highly allergic to a certain antibiotic and just access it from my primary doctor where its clearly stated. This review is strictly for optical department. I have been calling for over a week every single day each time sent to voice-mail and when i leave a message it is never returned. I JUST WANT TO KNOW IF MY GLASSES ARE THERE OR NOT!
The doctors here are wonderful. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negatively impacted by repeated interactions with Angie, the optician. Each encounter was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, which was disappointing and unexpected. Because of this, I will not return while she is employed here. Should that change, I would gladly reconsider my review and update it to five stars.
Dr Laney has been great, and Dr Franklin did a good job on my cataract removal. However, I don’t recommend the optical center there. Half the time the glasses come back wrong, they’re more expensive than other places, and one of the women in the optical center is the rudest lady I’ve ever dealt with. I won’t name her name. She knows who she is.
On was my second visit to the practice.. they told me my insurance wouldn’t cover my office visit So I had to pay $130.00 In which, I did at the time of service Only to find out they billed my insurance as well IN WHICH MY INSURANCE PAID $150.00 .. so since Marchs visit and then of April’s billing I learned of this So i called the drs office and requested my portion of the money back I received $55.00 so far And yet to receive the remaining balance Lady is on maternity leave So NO ONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE CAN HELP ME Here it i... read more
