No. This is not the place for help. I was contacted by this clinic shortly after my referral was submitted, and I was asked to complete a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire was completed, I was told I would receive a call to set up my appointment. Over a week goes by, and I don't hear anything, so I message and call. When i started this place it was amazing until people just starting leaving and im trying to get my medical records to my new place and they are making it extremely difficult for me and i need to move my stuff. Terrible experience!
