Dr Sherrer and previously Dr Negron have been absolutely fantastic. I loved them and the office staff immediately. I moved from NJ to South Florida in 2018. I knew I had to find a Rheumatologist first thing. I prayed and asked God to lead me and was directed to C.R.I.A. The doctors take their time and listen to you. If you suffer from chronic pain, you should take time to visit. I guess chronic pain with rheumatic disorders.

So far I've had a pleasant experience. The receptionist, Eve, is kind and helped me schedule my initial appointment. Thankfully, she told me I would need a specific referral from my PCP. She wrote down exactly what I needed. Because of her help, I was able to request the referral the same day. I have left five messages to get my MRI results. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard back. When I went in to see her, she said the computer was down and she didn’t have any of my past records. It is very disappointing. I will not be going back to her if I could give her a minus star, I would.

I have never been so disrespected in a Doctor’s office before in my life. Dr Sherrer seems very knowledgeable and caring, but there is a male doctor interning under her that will sabotage your treatment, beware!!! And if it seems that he is talking down to you, he is, it has been 3 instances and one even over the phone! It seems that the receptionist (Eve) you know who you are, is totally not a people person, she pretends as if you are not there, if you say hello, she doesn’t open the window, she snaps to sign the clipboard,... read more

First impression- Dr Sherrer is very thorough and patient. She has such a calm and competent demeanor, you immediately know you are in good hands. Staff is great and friendly. Unfortunately follow up is nonexistent. Very difficult to work with. I don’t recommend
