Very unresponsive and apathetic attitute. Don't seem to care for patient/customer satisfaction.
Their reception staff is completely incompetent. Their nurses are rude. Dr. Thompson is a misogynist. They only want you to do ivf. If you don't want to go that route, they will make it impossible to get iui. They say they are open weekends for iui, but I have called on multiple Sundays (when my LH peaked) and I never had any follow-up from them. If you want a baby, please go somewhere else... Anywhere else!!! They just care about your money, and they do overcharge without an explanation.
Dr. Thompson was professional, compassionate and effective. The entire staff at CRMNM was absolutely wonderful. We worked with them for about six months and then conceived our child, now 3, with IVF. We went through several types of treatments before opting for IVF, and couldn't have found a better facility. Also, had worked with another doctor in the ABQ area, and the experience at CRMNM was like day and night. Thanks, Dr. Thompson!
