I have been a patient at CRM: Winter Park for just over 2yrs and am so thankful for the supportive team from Kelly at the front desk who’s always welcoming, encouraging and empathetic. This is one of the best facilities ever! From the very beginning, literally the very first phone call, I have had an outstanding experience! Eternally grateful for CRM and helping us grow our family as an LGBTQ couple. We were always welcomed by Kelly at each of our appointments, in fact we always looked forward to seeing her face. I had such a great experience with the phlebotomist, Jenn at CRM in Celebration. She was incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring during what can be a stressful process. She made me feel comfortable right away, and the blood draw was quick and almost painless. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I truly appreciate the care she provided!
