My children saw a wonderful counselor they HAD for a while at two different time frames. I tried to get them in was in May and Dianne said she would see which counselor could see my children. I'm still waiting for her phone call in August.
The counseler would not pray for me because I go to a different church. I need one to pray for me and help me with my problems or I would not take time off work and pay a lot of money to get help.
The children's counselors were knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly, and instrumental in empowering my child to find techniques for dealing with anxiety. The office staff were efficient, and very patient when I needed to bring a younger child into the waiting area. Recommend for Cleveland residents looking to help their kids gain autonomy surrounding emotional skill.
I took my parenting classes here and have to say I'm extremely pleased. Everyone there was very courteous the entire time. I learned so much from the sessions. Anything I had questions about they would answer, they always listened, but more importantly they cared. I would highly recommend this place, and thankful for all that I learned there!
