Brenda denoted and spoke to me as if I were an ignorant child. After dialysis I had to use portable cam ode. I have a broken ankle, knee fractures on both sides, elbow fracture and tendon repair. I usually function pretty well on my own but still need slight assistance, when asking for help was told to do it myself, I replied I do most things on my own but needed help with my left side due to slight incapacitation of my entire left side. Nice quiet great staff very attentive to my needs. Really would like to go back for my post op theepy. I was referred by my dr to another place that isnt plesant at all.
Seen Ryan for both my ACL surgery rehab and after my auto accident. He is very knowledgeable and understanding and patient. If you go heat see if you can get Ryan. He's awesome

Tried to reach my son-in-law via his portal...no answer. Tried again later...still no answer. Called my daughter Katie to see if she had spoke with him. She was also unable to reach Marc all day. Upon visiting the other day, she discovered the portal to be unplugged. She plugged it back in and requested they keep it plugged in. Tonight after I contacted her to voice my concern she phoned and asked to be connected to the nurses station; still no answer.
