Just like a previous reviewer, Deb Sue, the phone system has NOT been fixed. I called their office 3 different times and NO ONE answered any of the prompts I tried. There was no music or any indication that my call was even on hold. CPSM was made aware of this issue weeks ago and it's still going on. Do better - FIX THE PROBLEM!

Phone number does not work. No matter which extension you pick it takes you back to the main menu. I told them about this more than a month ago and nobody fixed it.
This place is the biggest joke. You can never get ahold of anyone by phone. And when you do and they are supposed to pass a message along you don't hear anything for days or have to call multiple times to get to talk to someone. Just got a letter in thr mail saying they can't see me as a patient anymore due to no call no shows and I CALLED EVERY TIME. My experience has been the exact opposite of the previous reviews. Professional office staff, timely appointments and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care that I have received from my provider.
