Called today to try and get an appointment for one of my children. The woman answering the phone was not only incredibly unprofessional in her questions and attitude, but she also informed me that as the mother of the presumed patient I should "probably know what I'm asking for before you call back." I find it unacceptable to speak to someone like that who's asking for your help.
