I called as a new patient requesting services. The front desk agent is the first person customers encounter. Amber seemed like I was interrupting her, and didn’t make me feel comfortable. She informed me that the counseling was full and that the doctors that I requested were not in my network. I could have paid cash, but she didn’t offer me that option.
