The Dr is working with me to fix the issues with my insert and has shown me that, unlike what I wrongly assumed, he will tirelessly work with you until what you need is addressed.
This is one of those rare occasions when it would be more appropriate to have a rating of ten stars. The two people who run this clinic, are two of the kindest and most professional people you could ever hope to meet. Bill who does the appointments and insurance goes out of his way to make things easy for their clients and Tom, who is responsible for all orthotics and prosthetics, is acutely aware of the need for proper design, manufacture, and fit for their patients.
