Get your prescription somewhere else. I was told that in order to get my refill, I had to see the doctor first. The bottle says I have 3 refills left until 8/2025....I should have gone to wal-mart. Going to look for another doctor. It's a money pit there.
This is for Amanda Pyles, PA. No complaints. She is a wonderful person and she really cares. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Jester has been my PCP for a dozen years or so. He's always booked Amanda Pyles is his PA. They are a great team. They listen to you. If you have wait, there might have been an emergency. Or people showing up late. I'll be moving to Florida in the next year or so. I'll surely miss them.
They used to be great in the beginning: 'When do you want to come in?" "What doctor do you want to see?" etc. All of that stopped as they got busier and busier. I was sick and ask my doctor for a work excuse to be off for a couple of days (I had over a month of sick leave build up - well earned). He actually gave me a lecture and offered to put me on a drug for stress. Really? I told him where to go and that was the last time I ever went there.
This office has you arrive 15 min early and then you wait an hour to be called back and then sit in a room for 2 hours and 12 minutes before the doctor actually comes in the room. If you are not ready for patients at a certain time do not schedule them for that time. I understand that thinks cone up but not even checking in the patients room while they are waiting for over two hours is simply unacceptable
