Used to be able to get ahold of an actual person, now it's all up to ai. Hard to get ahold of office now to get orders faxed etc.; but at least they return the call before the end of day, usually. I very much appreciate that Dr Patel does address questions with explanatory information & actually pays attention to the individuality of endocrine when common/general genetics simply don't apply with everyone in a closed box of unknowns. So thank you Dr.Patel for caring enough to try! Bc many specialists don't anymore

I am incredibly grateful to have such an exceptional endocrinologist like Dr Patel.Living with diabetes can be challenging, but having a physician who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in my health has made all the difference. I recently became a patient of Dr. Soham Patel. Although I live about an hour away, I chose him because of his strong focus on preventive care, which is very important to me. The onboarding process was a bit challenging, but Dr. Patel explained that the practice is transitioning to a new system. Despite that, he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule by meeting with me after regular office hours. I truly appreciated his flexibility and commitment to patient care.

I have been going to Dr. Soham Patel for at least three years. Dr. Patel is the best Doctor I have been to because he is so very knowledgeable, thorough, authentic, caring, and wholistic! He takes time to listen to me and guide me to optimal health. If I could I would give Dr. Patel 10 out of 5 stars, he’s so great. I highly recommend that you go to Dr. Patel. You deserve to have a caring and excellent doctor!!!

Fun fact: Dr Patel's middle name is "MiracleWorker". He helped me reverse and put into remission an illness that another doctor wanted to put me on daily lifelong medication for. I waited on a waitlist for almost a year to be seen here but now I'm so thankful to have his team in my corner.
