Used to be able to get ahold of an actual person, now it's all up to ai. Hard to get ahold of office now to get orders faxed etc. just like the rest, no longer any different or better.
We had an online meeting scheduled now. No meeting link was sent to us. We called the office and the phone was responded by AI . There is no way to talk to a real person in the office. We need to have an option to talk to real person through a phone, please.

Dr. Patel is an outstanding physician. He really takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard, which is rare these days. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcomes for them. I especially appreciated his approach to lifestyle and preventive medicine.
