I’m back with another review as this review is definitely needed for this second experience I got! Imagine denying me school paperwork after my child was just seen the SAME day by the doctor. Theresa literally told me no she will not give me any paperwork because I left a bad review and then turn around and tell me there is a $10 fee for school paperwork. How disgusting is that! There really needs to be an option for 0 stars. The doctor is nice but he needs better staff and people that have more empathy and sympathy for the patients. The girl in the front is very rude and disrespectful and has no business working at a doctor’s office let alone an office that sees children. She has no understanding and definitely does not know how to speak to patients. I’m in customer service and I would have gotten written up or even fired for speaking to someone the way she did to me! my daughter is 11 (was 10 upon our first visit) and the dr is amazing as well as the staff. they work with you if timing of appointments aren't good as well as calling in extra medicine because a second appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled. the staff is so wonderful and nice and the dr made my daughter so comfortable when we met him. he made her feel at ease. I have suffered from irregular periods since they started. It really concerned me how irregular they were so i decided to see a doctor. She did not run any tests whatsoever and told me i have a glitch in my system, placed me on birth control and said see you in 3 months.
