This clinic is so understaffed that there is a six month wait for an appointment, that, by any objective measure, is completely unacceptable. But that’s not the biggest issue, UW doctors are unwilling to manage pain until an appointment becomes available. The advice is to go to the nearest ER for pain management. That is unacceptable for an organization as big as UW. They may have the most world renowned surgeons, but that’s where it stops in terms of elite care or patient centered care. Someone recently left a very negative review regarding Dr. Pan. I just had an appointment with her today and need to set the record straight. Dr. Pan was extremely kind and listened to my concerns. The exact opposite as was described by this prior patient.
I had such high hopes that i might get some help here. Waited 3 months for an appointment only to be told they've got no idea why I'm having residual pain after brain surgery. Wasn't interested in trying to find a solution or help with the issue at all. Total waste of time.
