I've been receiving treatment here for my chronic pain, and I've had a great experience. I'm currently seeing Cynthia Campbell, and she provides the care and support I need. She and her colleagues truly listen to me and take my concerns seriously, which makes a big difference. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'm getting treated here for my chronic pain.Im currently seeing Cindy and she gives me the care that I need I love that she listens to me as her patient.Staff is very friendly as well.I started seeing Dr Hill until he left then Dr Dallara all were great physicians!!
I can't say enough bad things about this facility. From the first visit it was a joke. They like to threaten you with what you can't do. Even told me that i couldnt leave to go to a different doctor. Well i did!!! This the worst.
Dr. Dallara provided compassionate, consistent care and always took the time to truly listen. He managed my chronic pain responsibly and helped me maintain stability. Even if he had chosen to taper my medication, I believe he would have done so with empathy and professionalism. Since his leave, the quality of care has declined. Dr. Sarah Funk and Cindy Campbell, APRN-CPN, have been dismissive, unapproachable, and at times rude.
