I can't say enough bad things about this facility. From the first visit it was a joke. They like to threaten you with what you can't do. Even told me that i couldnt leave to go to a different doctor. Well i did!!! This the worst.
Dr. Dallara provided compassionate, consistent care and always took the time to truly listen. He managed my chronic pain responsibly and helped me maintain stability. Even if he had chosen to taper my medication, I believe he would have done so with empathy and professionalism. Since his leave, the quality of care has declined. Dr. Sarah Funk and Cindy Campbell, APRN-CPN, have been dismissive, unapproachable, and at times rude. I have had the best experiences with Dr Dallara. I actually followed him from another hospital and drive an hour away to receive care from him. He is very knowledgeable and was able to identify issues that the other doctors were not. We decided on a pain management regimen that works and have a great relationship. I follow my care plan as I should so I have never had a problem and don’t plan on it
Not a long wait. Receptionist was kind. The nurse who placed me in room was cordial. Dr was abrupt and focused on surgery. I expected a discussion about options, especially since I'd used only OTC meds & Lidocaine patches.. It didn't happen. Did not feel compassion or that he truly listened."
