No stars. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I will say the staff that did the fittings were amazing. However, try to get an appointment. I found the office staff exceptionally rude. Then you hurry up and wait. I needed 3 separate items ordered. First it was all covered by insurance then it wasn't. It took over 8 weeks for one of the items to arrive. This place is extremely unprofessional. I was sent by Bassett Healthcare for medical supplies. The staff is extremely rude. They talk poorly about patients while other patients can hear. Very unpleasant experience.
