Staff was amazing! Very thorough! And although I only got to see Dr. Blackwell briefly (because I didn’t have my image), he was kind and told me to reschedule.
I did not receive the care I needed. Dr Blackwell was only interested in doing surgery instead of helping me to keep moving until I felt my body was really for surgery. Previously my Ortho doctor would drain my knees using a syringe that was quarter size using ultrasound. The left knee always had a syringe and a half full and the right knee would only have half that. He would then use the numbing spray before sticking the needle into knees.
