I had an almost perfect experience . Every one was very nice from the moment i enter to all the nurses and staff that took care of me. I really appreciate 🙏 all of you. Dr. Semic was very good and polite. The anesthesiologist was very patient with my anxiety. The nurse wearing black that hold my hand during my worst pain. This is a pretty crappy place to have surgery! It’s not the doctors it’s the preop nurses. I’ve been here twice with little attention to detail prior to surgery. This should not be anyone’s first time with a surgery. It should be as seamless as possible. The second time was worse than my first experience. -1 To start I didn’t find out the surgery time until exactly 24 hours prior. I kept calling and was told I wouldn’t have any info about my surgery until the day prior. My son was driving me since I was going under with anes... read more
I had total knee replacement surgery here by Dr. Bawa. He did a great job but I have to give a shout out to the nurses & anesthesiologist were also fantastic.My nurse was in her first week & her staff members kept checking on her great team work.They all seemed to be enjoying their job making for a great environment. Special shout out to Maureen & Haley!
The other reviews are a bit harsh. Is this a state of the art facility? Surely not. But it's clean and the staff cares. My previous surgery was at Thousand Oak Surgical Hospital, and that was an incredible place. Almost like a club, huge, beautiful. This is not that. It is a utilitarian space, definitely screams hospital. There's barely a waiting room in this suite. It feels dated. But the staff were all very nice. Sarah at this office is the problem and she needs to be gone. Not just gone but never in medical field AGAIN. She broke my hip worse than it was, she made my back worse than was. I could go on....
