The services I received from Dr. Nam were superb. Very thorough and extremely well done which is why I gave them 5 stars. The phone system unfortunately, is another matter and receives an "F". When you call, you go on various phone trees and are forced to leave a message after waiting while you listen to their recording--you cannot elect to speak to a human being.
