I went there seeking treatment on a situation going on in my mouth, that I was told an oral surgeon could help and treat. Trotter looked in my mouth and started telling me that I should go to an oral doctor that can prescribe medicine for me. I said "Isn't that you?" Then I said I don't understand. Trotter got up and left the room. I must say at the point of making this appointment I told the lady on the phone what I was diagnosed with and was told an oral surgeon could help me. Terry B

Dr. O’Neal did an extraction for me. It was a great experience. They were kind and communicative. Once I was put to sleep, I don’t remember much except going into the car to be driven home. Out of pocket expense was cheaper than expected. 10/10

I was sent here by my dentist office for a tooth implant. I was never informed that it was a 2 part process. I had severe pain (TMJ ) developed in my jaw from being overextended during the Implant. This pain cost me more money, going to see dentist for the pain. On second visit there was payment due, because of insurance issue, my insurance said they would not pay because the paid for the partial, crazy right. So I paid 600, but had a balance, i say ok I'll get billed the remaining, not thinking it would hold up my tooth rep... read more
