The surgical staff at the neurosurgical & spine care unit, is beyond a dought the highest quality available. Truely professional in every way, presurgery and after surgery, they leave no stone unturnerd to insure your every need is cared for. True concern for your well being in every way. Every detail is covered to make your stay with them most comfortable, and pain/discomfort free. I called to request an Invoice for one of our clients. I spoke with Christina in the Medical Records/Billing department and she was horrid. What a RUDE individual!!! She most certainly should not be able to answer the phones and speak with anyone. What a horrible representative of Bay Care. Also, she was of no help!!!
