Dr Chase was great however he may have retired.. I hope his health is good because he is a very fine Doctor.
Kind, caring and knowledgeable. Excellent service, runs on-time. Gives the least painful injections out of the many I have had. Great care, understanding and has a great personality too.
Dr chase is a warm friendly person who's, obviously, extremely good at knowing how to treat pain. His staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. I am very thankful to be his patient.
Dr. Chase is the most helpful, talented, compassionate doctor EVER! Him and his staff are wonderful. He’s in the process of changing my life in so many positive ways. My pain has subsided a little. I look forward to the future with him!
