I had a 12 o’clock appointment and called to confirm that I needed to be there at 12, only to have my appointment rescheduled two hours earlier. I had to redo my whole day to try to be on time, only to be late in an attempt to accommodate their hours. I called just to tell them I was running late, only to find out that I would have to reschedule, and there was no longer a 12 o’clock opening that I could have made on time.
