Kim and Dr. "R" are my type of people. I tend to try to be funny when I'm nervous, and they helped with that. And they were super comical. I didn't get much for good news, but the light hearted definitely helped. I highly recommend this clinic. Super awesome people.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Brian Song was terrible. First and last visit. I was referred to him by my primary care for the symptoms I was having. When I got in there first thing he said was "idk why you're here." When I tried to tell him the symptoms I was having he said "it doesn't matter because you shouldn't even be here. I've read your medical records and there's nothing I can do for you but I'll send you to Vanderbilt." I find out 3 weeks later he never even sent in the referral. I have been calling the office for almost a month trying to get an appointment. I have left voicemails as well. I love this office, but if someone can call me back as I have been out of medicine for a while and have been trying to get an appointment for it. Thank you!
While the care i received was AMAZING, the receptionists that answer calls are so unprofessional and rude. They do not listen, I clearly stated multiple times why I was calling for the person I was talking to to ignore me and tell me to call the pharmacy. After explaining yet again and giving the address of the pharmacy needed they asked me 4 other times what I was calling for and to call the pharmacy for help. When I asked for her name I was told that "the information I had been provided with was all I needed" and was hung ... read more
