I went in for an initial appointment and the doctor ordered blood work and made a referral for a neurological evaluation. A follow-up appointment was made for 3 months. I was never contacted by the company to provide blood work nor was I contacted by the provider to schedule the neurological exam. When I came in for the follow-up, the doctor repeated the same referrals stating the referrals did not go though yet I was charged a $51 copay for essentially a repeat of the initial appointment. What kind of doctors office don’t have a phone or a fax machine? Completely unacceptable!
All I had to do was call to know this place sucks. I told them ive been having seizures and passing out and theyre more concerned with getting me to primary care for a referral than about starting my treatment. I understand you need to rule out other illnesses before jumping straight to brain issues, but we're talking about 6 hours of being unconscious in and out of seizures, not a shaky hand. If your primary concern is ruling out "other illnesses" first then im afraid you dont know jack about seizures or brains for that mat... read more
Dr. Rubinowicz is wonderful! He is thorough, listens, and answers all the questions. I would recommend him to my own family!
Dr Brian song made my wife uncomfortable.we will not go back.people don't waste your time.
