I had a very disappointing experience with Hilary and found her communication to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessarily rude. Having an issue with alcohol does not give anyone the right to speak to or treat a client as though they are less than a person. This place is a JOKE , they allow all white families to have their family members to come in for counseling yet when an African American fianc�e wants to attend therapy they won’t allow it. Nicola is shameful just because an attractive man is there seeking help doesn’t conform to you flirting with him ! The man doesn’t want you !!! This should be taken out on his recovery! Also, how do you expect ppl to remain sober there when you’re drugging them up with pharmaceuticals and then allowing them to return to the same streets ... read more

detox had me nervous as hell but the team at Network Therapy kept everything so calm and explained each step which made it way less scary, both my mental and physical health improved through the process and the Middlesex location was comfortable enough that it never felt intimidating.
Came here for outpatient detox when my drinking got out of control and honestly the support team made recovery feel possible. The care felt personal, not robotic. I’m slowly getting my life balance back.
